OMG!

I ate too much brownie! I was super fucked from like 7PM - 12PM when I went to sleep. Its 10AM right now and I still feel the after effects of coming down. Last night watching family guy was the hardest ive laughed in a long time. But the high got super narcotic and I almost just passed out on the couch. I managed to pull myself together and hop on the computer though. Man I have a high tolerance and I am never "hurting" like this the next day no matter how much I smoke the night before. Those are definately some kick ass brownies.

So again I can confirm 100% you can cook with males. And fresh males at that.

Well it looks like I can get 16 servings out of that pan instead of only 8.

Nice recipe

Me and a friend used about 15 grams of some primo AK-47. Took us roughly 2 hours from start to finish. Then left it in the fridge to harden overnight. In the morning we did indeed have a nice flourecent colored disc of butter

We ended up making cookies instead of brownies, before we had the cookies in the oven we were high. Had them all on the pan then started to eat the dough, holy cow

I am however a little dissapointed with the strength. I'll have to try an ounce next time around

Ok, I have from 7:30 tonite, till about 11 to make these, I was wondering, since i wont be able to make the brownies tonite right away, is there any way i can hide my butter for a few days, freeze it, or anything like that?

Followed these directions more or less, but used butter instead of margarine. If you use butter it would probably be best to clarify it first, there ended up being white flecks of milk-solids in the mix using butter straight.

A LOT of C grade stuff went in, and produced enough butter for 3 batches of 12 chocolate chip cookies. Cookies didn't dehabilitate me, but were definitely good for a night of fun. Gave one to a buddy and it took his ass out.

I decanted the floating butter off the top instead of trying to strain it, I think that was much easier, took a few decantings though.

I think one could keep the plant matter in a bag below the surface of the water and allow the weak solubility of the THC in water (26mg/L) to allow it to cross to the oil on the top. A little alcohol could speed it up significantly and would boil off - forcing the THC to take refuge in the oil. That'd also simplify separating plant from oil significantly.

When I make cannabutter I don't use water with the butter I just dump the ground up pot in a pan with the butter keep it on low for an hr or 2 then strain it and then just dump the butter into what I am making. so if a recipe calls for half a cup o butter I will melt a cup n half because u usually loose some in the straining process and whatever u have left over u can safe

I have a pile of left over scrap from a grow. The scrap has gone moldy. I was wondering if they are still good for making butter. Would any mold spores or what ever can harm you, get destroyed when boiled for a few hours?

well heat does kill living organsism.......so i would assume so.
you boil water to use heat and steam to sterelize things...
however the steam is by far more effective in sterlizing things along with pressure......


and if you strain out the plant matter that will also help remove any potential dangers.

However I cant give you an exact answer, i would assume you would prolly be ok. BUT to be on the safe side i wouldnt do it. since its just scrapes i wouldnt risk it........


Try making ice water hash with bubble bags. I KNOW you can use those with moldy shit fine. seen very good results with it.

and i just want to add this to snowboarders...don't risk it. cause ya know that slight icky smell while you are making the buttah? well all i can think of is hurling that up and how nasty of an experience it would be! you'd be scarred for life...make hash instead!
