Just to clarify some UK to American terms...

Caster sugar...is that white grnaulated sugar?

And the oven temperature you have as "gas Mk 5"... I'm going to guess that is a middle temperature and probably equivalent to our "350 degrees F" ~ wish I had a gas oven ...

We were already diggn' a nice rainy Sunday with a great 'wake-up bowl-o', when we checked our e-mail and your harvest thread came up!

Then, from THAT...to BREAKFAST?! Just like BEING there with you and the mRs! GREAT pics man!

You should merge some harvest shots with some 'cookie' shots...and call it 'HydroSan's Bed & Breakfast Budd-age Bonanza'!!

It's been 1/2 an hour since the first cookie, nothing to note yet

taste was rather nice, a slight musky after taste but not disagreeable I fancy some ginger or cynamon in the next batch to mask the musky taste a bit more, Mrs San likes em just the way they are

Caster sugar is a bit finer than regular granulated sugar, the packet says "holds more air for better baking" *shrug* it looks a bit finer, maybe it's sold as baking sugar or somthing, Mrs San says regular sugar will do just fine, might make em a bit crunchier

Gas Mark 4-5, 180 degrees C, 350 degrees F acording to Jeeves

@ Grace, if you could see her in her regular job, I reckon she'd be the last person you'd think went home for a big fat spliff a special cookie, you don't know how close to the truth you were

well somthing is definately happening as that last post was a cross post with yours, I couldn't understand why I'd missed your post until I realised it took me 20 mins the write that last post

Mrs San is falling all over the bedroom hope we don't repeat Brindies antics, I've got a hell of a day at work in the morning

since i am presently soaring through the stratosphere on my latest batch i figured i wouls stop in and thell you how this lazy pothead makes cookies

buy an oz of shwag
buy the tollhouse chocolate chip cookie mix
pick out stems and seeds
rub weed over strainer so that a fine powder falls in to the bowl below
break stems/crap into largish pieves (so you can strain them out
simmer butter at lowest possible temp
add weed powder and stems/crap to butter
let simmer for ~10 minutes with lid on (add more butter if it gets dried out)
strain out stems/crap, and add cannabutter to cookie mix.
375 for 10 minutes
flying for 6 hours or so
damn i love the herb
