![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'd do a search in the sog/scrog forum because I know its been discussed in detail there. I want to say a number that sticks out in my mind is 1 per square foot if you're going straight to flower after rooting. But I could be way off and just pulling that out of thin air as well. so search the sog/scrog forum.

I've read the same thing. Some have put more per square foot but I think one will give enough room for it to grow and mature properly. I was just thumbing through Bobbooty's SOG journal. I'm not seeing how many he does per square foot but I would definitely check it out anyway. He's got a beautiful SoG.http://www.gardenscure.com/420/hydro...urnal-sog.html

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | the answer is 4 plants per sq ft. i do 2 per sq ft, to give them some room. using 5 inch pots. if the containers are smaller then that or you aren't using any containers, im sure one could get more plants per sq foot, but i personally haven't seen that done with efficiency. 30 plants in 16 sq ft sounds doable. i can get 36 plants in my 3 x 3 ebb/flo tray. 5 x 4 area should be able to hold up to 80 plants, but i dont know anything about your ebb/flo system. as stated, check out my grow journal, link in my sig. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I do 1-2 plants per square foot depending on my mood, and how nice my clones look. But I usually have to veg them for about a week to get the best yield. I've done 4 plants per square foot, which is the "true sog", its just a lot of clones to cut! But you dont have to veg at all if you go for this high of plant numbers.Basically pack that table with as many square pots as you can fit!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i did 4 per sq ft with very little experience it seems ok so long as they dont get to large - so you might need to consider that in your grow style with 4/sq ft if i veg at all they got to big to fit that many - try to pick a short breed if you plan to pack them tight im going to try chronic on the next go - since im packing so tight and chronic gets most of yeild from single main cola plus its suppose to be an easier type to grow for newbies

![]() | I am running a 12 plant SOG in a 6sqft cabinet. So 2 plants/sqft. I am day 12 into flower and coming to the end of stretch. Looks like 2/sqft will work real nice for me not too crowded but looks just right!! I take rooted clones and veg em for about a week before switching to 12/12 I am growing 2 plants per 3.5 Gallon Hempy bucket.

Hi all, been away for a bit and good to see some action here! The figures that I have in my head to try is 2 per sq ft for a start and the work it up to 4 per sq ft.With 2 I plan to veg for 2-4 weeks and then flower. Obviously with 4 I will only wait for them to settle and flower imediately. The big question always is what the yeald in the end would be. Some okes recon as little as 5g per plant and others as much as 25g. Should be interesting to see what happens. Anyone have any solid figs?
