What method should I use !

This is my second grow and Id like to train this one some how. I have a few plants to work with that are about 12 - 15 inches. Im wondering what would be the best training method for them. There currently 5weeks old.

LST is a nice easy one to start with. If you get good at it you can do an LST that is as nice as any scrog.

I'd either tie her down, in an arch, or top her... and root the top.

seaman has grown tall and bushy.seaman has grown tall and bushy.

Ive practived Topping on my last grow and got 2 colas so thats always an idea but what do you mean by rooting the top ?

I really was hoping to do LST but im not really understanding what is happening when people are doing this. Are they tying down branches or the stem ? Ive read countless journals but just cant quite grab whats going on in the pictures cause it looks like a big ball of leaves and twine.

Less work and same benefits and the top as a clone is a bonus. I used the tops to sex the plants.

seaman has grown tall and bushy.seaman has grown tall and bushy.

Im to nervous for trying to clone my top yet. I have never tried cloning so maybe once I get some good success with cloning than I will try that.

Is there anywhere a good guide for LST with some good diagrams so I can see what the hell it is I should do.

Someone said tie them in an arch I suppose I could easily do this this will help the undergrowth right ?
