Wow...you are smart. I was trying to say that you can have as many main colas as you desire. Way to try and make me "technicaly" wrong....I hope it made you feel better or at least made you feel smarter.

random, what you describing, is LST, to hold the cola down you'll have to tie her.
Thats what swap is talking about.

Actually, you said "it wont produce 2 main colas as you stated you wanted." Sorry if I took that at face value, and corrected it. Obviously I was inputting that in an effort to be helpful. But, way to freak out, get mad defensive, and attack me.. (that's not what this board is about, by the way).

Anyway, much love to all and good luck splitting that plant

-random

p.s. I wasn't hating on your plant either Swap, it's beautiful.

Dont fight guys. Here is another example of multiple tops and a low profile. This plant was split in two directions and vegged for around 60 days. Flowering for around 45 now.

This is a better example of splitting a single plant in two directions. Photo was taken at a little over three months from seed.

Grow'N'Smoke is beginning to sprout.

I would assume that you could expect twice as much yield if you were to split it and then put it in a ScrOG grow than if you put it in a ScrOG grow without splitting it... Is this a reasonably assumption?

Hmm if you let it grow twice as big first, yes. Otherwise, if anything, the splitting of the plant will slow down its growth partially. Mainly the objective is shaping the plant how you want it, and height control.
