Chain and Stick training is an interpretation of ScrOG and LST. I believe that it provides great flexability. Here is a graphic compilation of what I have learned. After reading the first few method posts, you may want to skip ahead to Page 8. Then, come back to fill in any gaps. ----------

You can train in two dimensions front to back and side to side. I'm just starting to experiment with this application. I have been calling the front-to-back positioned sticks Training sticks as they are the primary tool for training. I would like to call the left-to-right positioned sticks Separator sticks. Their main function is to separate plants from front-to-back.

Proper planning makes it possible to use multiple verticle levels of training. This adds a third dimension; that is, front-to-back, side-to-side, and, uh, verticle.
