I know you can't see that well, due to the chitty camera. But if you look close can anyone tell if I did it correctly? I cut straight across the uppermost growth shoot leaving 10%. It looks like a whole bunch of little, cut sorta unformed stems. Was that it? Please Help!!! | ||

LOL.. I couldn't resist!!  I did the FIM method to my last grow. Some worked others didn't.  On big moma it worked awesome!! had like 9 main colas!! looks like you did it right, You just need to cut the top 90% of the tip leaving 10% behind.And don't worrie so much!! for what it's worth, something I think this site could really do with is a 'term af art page'. Somewhere like a mini dictionary explaining terms that are used by people who've been using them so long they forget there used to be a time before they knew what the heck that meant, and that some of us are still there !!  Poor old smokaspliff even did a search first to avoid troubling people unnecessarily and yet still no-one can be arsed to tell him (or me, I don't know either and would love to  ) what FIM stands for ! ! !  I realise that:  "Fuch I Missed! a topping method for more growth tips..." Is hilariously funny an'all but it's hardly very informative reelly now is it? SOMEONE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GREEN JUST TELL US WHAT IT STANDS FOR EVEN IF YOU CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO EXPLAIN IT?! Also while You're there what do NL and BB stand for ? Any mod's or Admin people like to come back at me about that explanatory sheet idea??? ROOM | ||
