Hey guys and gals,

I am looking for outdoor scrog threads or links. I used the search option for some info but got over 100 pages and didn't find a very basic primer. Point me in the right direction? I just put out 2 plants of unknown sex taken from my closet grow because I could definitely ID the others as fems. They are under 1" screen 6" above ground right now and I am ready to read up before I screw these up. I let my closet garden get over 6' tall before I found info here telling me I was in trouble and now those are having to be bent away from the 400 HPS daily.

can i ask why you are doing a scrog grow outside? why not just lst them or top them? sounds alot easier, and less noticable.

Seed- They take up a very small area behind my shed that gets tons of sun. I also have an 8' privacy fence. But you are correct in the LST. That is actually what I am doing. Just a little under the influence.

sitting in the sun weaving a monsta sativa into a wire bedframe, supported at 4 corners by besa blocks.

totally fill your space and keep it low, the ultimate light source of the sun,

you could fit a detachable screen to keep bugs off your herbal carpet. post at each corner and middle, mesh sits over these and held out by bedframe.

i can see hours of fun in this one, a giant scrog

are you growing in pots, or digging huge holes? best wishes nigel

wingnut105 FWIW --- I find it easier to search through google.

So in the search box you would type: LST site:gardenscure.com

. Use this for other sites as well

I know this won't help now cause it's too late but for future use.......
