Hi i was wondering if anyone has used FIM in a Scrog setup and what the results were. I was not sure whether i should top or not before they hit the screen? If i should, what sorta time should i go about doing it? | ||

![]() | Definitely top before you hit the screen. I'd top somewhere between the third and fifth nodes. The secondary growth that then springs up is what you train onto your screen. Never tried FIM, but it is just a topping technique. So all the regular rules should apply.

![]() | FIM is perfect for scrog. it maximizes the tops that you traiun thru the screen. the more tops the better. less plants more buds
