![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Guys, I need some help. I was wondering what kind of netting is to be used with the plants... it says chicken netting, but does that entail plastic, metal, fiber? Also, how high should the netting be set up to hinder the plants growth, as high as i would like to train the plant to? And along with that, how far away from the light source should the netting be? i know that that link has all the info i need, but i was wondering if i could get someones advice who has had experience in the matter. Thanks guys! 8) Get up and Grow, IndaKind

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The Screen can be of any material. What you must consider is that its function is to hold the plants at a steady distance from the light to promote the most efficient use of the light available. The screen can be any height above the soil. This is determined by your setup and strain. Plants that need more veg time will need more room. Those that stretch more will need less. I keep mine 8-10 inches above the soil line. ![]() The distance from the light is easily determined by placing your hand palm down under the light. When you find the distance where your hand begins to feel hot, that's as close as you can get. A plexi-glass heat shield will help for those who have limited vertical space. Live, Learn, Grow. Hope this helps you , THere is going to be a lot of weight on the netting that is the top netting your using , it will cut into the stems of your plants ![]()
