Hi, fellow gardeners

I've completed my room, buildt screens on wheels, the buckets and pumps are in place. and the clones have just been started. I've started them in soil. transplanting into RW soon. next time I'll start the clones direct in RW.
And so to my question: can anyone please explain to me what to put in the water?....(all the stages).
Not the brand of the nutes (since they may not be for sale where I live), but what they contains..
I'm very gratefull for any response.
