anyways im a newbie and i was just wondering if someone could explain to me wot SOG and SCROG is ??

(in lamens terms)
SOG- sea of green

Heaps of plants, normaly from clones put into flowering around 5 or so inches in hight, flowered can give you a large yeild oved a small area since all you basicly grow is the ' cola' and no small bud sites.

SCROG - Screen of green

a few plants normaly the same strand trained to fill a screen which is normaly chicken wire, done correctly you can maxamise yeild per plant. id use this method if you wanted more green and you didnt have a huge ass light, and if you just wanted to keep your plant #s down.
