Whats the difference between ScrOG and SOG. I think ScrOG is when you put up a screen from stoping the plants from growing to high and SOG is almost the same the thing but not with a screen. I am not sure if i am right.

You've pretty mcuh got it.....SOG = Sea of Green, fast harvest of a lot of small plants, concentrating on the top colas and pruning lots of the undergrowth out.
Like you said, ScROG is a way of traing you plants to achieve maximum yield. Put up a screen, like poultry netting....stops the plant from getting too tall and allows more bud sites to get more light.

8-12 inches above the planting medium. This gives you room for your hands to work under the screen and provides room for the plants to branch.

I have been reading and yet still a little confused on this method. Just to clear up one thing, I heard people talk about wrapping the plants around the wire(I think thats what they meant)will this allow you to grow a plant in small area where height is a problem?

Yes...you can train the plant....even interweave it in the screen. One of your objectives should be a bud site in every hole of that netting. Makes for an easier harvest and manicuring too!!

Here is a thread with some good info and links
