![]() | can somone please help me? just say for the sake of the question i only had access to floresants, could i use them in a scrog setup, although on a slightly taller scale because i'm starting from seedlings. ive got about 500watts of flos and it seems to me that any body using flos should use the scrog method concidering plant height and the weaker light penetration of the flos. am i wrong? please tell me cheeaz

![]() | Is that sweetleaf as in a leaf from the kind...or is it from the song of the same name by Black Sabbath? Just curious...<koff,koff,koff> ![]() How big is your space? For flo's you want to shoot for 150 watts/sq. ft. minimum....and 250w/sq.ft. is more optimal. If all you have is flo's...then cram as many into your space as you can. But try to save up some coin and upgrade to MH and/or HPS lighting. You will be amazed at the difference. IMO....flo's are not well suited for scrog/sog growing. The whole purpose of those methods is small plants and quick harvest. Flo's will NOT be quick. cy oops....sweatleaf..... my bad ![]()
