Cool joe blunt

from what i've read and seen for weaving of branches thru a screen...
when you have enough length to pass the growth tip under the next link or two in the screen, and still have the enough left over to allow the growth tip to remain pointed towards the light source. the bending as you put it, is permanent, the branch will trained to grow like a vine. once the plant starts to produce a cola, it may become more difficult to pass the tip under the next link with out damaging it, at which time you may want to use twist ties to hold it down, or just allow it to grow up naturally. for floros, it should be kept in the range of 1~3 inches. remember, with scrog, you flower early when the plant is young at about 8~10", and can bend easier.
hope this is helpful....
