oh its there my friend trust me. if you keep searching it can be found.

But either way ill help ya out a lil

Topping is when you cut off the growth tip about 1/4" from the highest node. and then the plant will then grow 2 new growth tips.
It is a way to contain height and grow "out" instead of up. and to help get more colas on the plant.

Pruning generally consists of taking off lower growth IE fan leaves or budsites that are too far below the canopy to get sufficent light, thus taking up valuable resources for the vegitation higher up.

thats your basic rundown on each. if you want more specifics jsut search a lil more and you will find plenty of it.
