can anyone tell me when you add the screen and start training your plants? and when u stop touching them?

well, you can add the screen anytime. normally if the screen isn't setup from the begining, you would install it when you begin flowering. there are several ways of training either above the screen, below it or thru it. if you have to touch them for adjustments, its best to handle them by the sun fan leaves or stem. always try to avoid touching the buds at all times, and at all costs.
