I know this thread is referring to the US drug laws, but I cant help myself.....
Here in South Australia marijuana is de-criminalised, we can get caught growing 3 plants and receive only a Aus $150 (thats US$75) on the spot fine (like speeding). Until the start of this year it was 10 plants *sigh*.
Same fine structure for getting caught in possession of up to an ounce on you.

$hit that aint bad!! They left one out.. Over 100# is Manditory 25 years. I still like Alaska better. I have relatives that live up there and they grow all the time. No one gives a $hit up there. You would really have to piss someone off to get the Feds to go up there and bust people.
