Talking homebuilt ozonator

this is a work in progress......
i've done some research, checked out prices, and said, wtf, if some other stoner can build one, why can't i....... how hard can it be? well, it s pretty darn simple, i can attest to that! here are some pics, more to come as i complete this little project. i've already have a functional ozonator, i just need to assemble it, sorta build it as you go, from an image or two stuck in my head!
step1
make sure the glass fits snugglez in tightly, i had the dude cut the glass perfectly, and got a few extra just in case. the inside diameter of the pvc pipe is 4", and is 18" long. the glass is a 4"x9", kinda big, but built to last.

step2

preparing the glass to be etch.
clean glass to remove all debri and fingerprints, next, using 3m plastic tape, mask off the edge by 3/8" to bothside, and all four corners, follow the direction on the etching solution.

Talking fans, if needed

using (4) 24" 10-24 threaded rods, i attached the pvc, and fan guard, and tighted down the screws to compress fit the tube against the guard and fan housing, holding it in place. all i need to do is trim the rods back a few inches.

peace....
