Given tampering with someones mail is a federal offence, and that there is no real way to prove there are mj seeds in an envelope without opening the envelope and testing the seeds... The police would have to break the law in order to prove:
a) there are seeds in the envelope
b) that they are mj seeds

as breaking the law to enforce is against the law in itself.. (although this probably doesn't matter to the police..hopefully it does to the judge that is being approached in regards to a search warrant)
..then it would be very hard for them to do much about imported seeds..


or is that the dumbest s#it u eva heard?
