I would be able to answer if this was an arrest in the UK, you see, around here when you get busted you tend to get bail and either do community service (probation) or jailtime if you were carrying a reasonable amount.
The bad thing is, when your outside with enough weed on you, they think your dealing because you have enough to sell and make money on.

Best of luck however, enjoy a good smoke or two, three, four, five or six depending on how it goes but it shouldn't be to bad.
