Really??? Not here, It is perfectly legal to grow indoor gardens. As long as you're not cultivating any drugs. If they are found used in cultivation of marijuana, the lights and all other equipment in use or sitting around the house will be confiscated. They go as far as taking stuff like fancy cars and other stuff witch would cost alot to buy if they catch you growing enough to classify as production with intent to distribute.

for the last time , ordering hydro , soil or any equipment used to grow ganja is LEGAL , what you do with it makes it legal or not

and no , no one in the universe has heard of a bust made becuase of seeds getting caught, think of this, if you get caught growing, you get out of court and go pick up hydro equipment, is the dea gonna be watching you? no. are they gonna know if you order seeds? no. are they gonna know if your growing again? no no no . the goverment only has so many people to do there dirty work and catching somone is from A. somone tells on your ass, or B. they find it while getting you for something else .

so you have to think, did you tell someone about your grow, even one person, and last do you have outstanding warrants? if you answer no to all then your 99.9% safe, dont ask what the .01 percent is , maybe god hates you?

now since we are on the topic ive got a question also, there is a really good special on an Ehle bong from vamsterdamn.ca and I wan to order it but cant think of anywhere else to get it shipped to other my house, do you think it would be fine to do that

nothing illegal about the "water pipe" most shops in the states that sell them don't like calling them bongs. That tends to get them shut down, because bong is slang used in marijuana users vocabularies. Pipes and water pipes are perfectly legal until you smoke illegal things through them, the resin is what makes them illegal after you use them. A lot of people smoke flavored tobacco through them, same as hookah's (actually what hookah's were invented for). I use to live in WV, they have head shops all over the place even in gas stations. Kinda funny to fill up your tank and go into get a soda and see glass pipes revolving in a pizza warming display case. God love the mountains, ah the college days! Any way the only reason Tommy Chong got in trouble was for his marketing ploy "strictly marijuana use", even then the consumer didn't get in any trouble, they just shut down Tommy's shop, and nailed him. If you have any doubts just say you want to order the Ehle water pipe, instead of bong. I'm sure the shop will still know what you mean, the item has a product number (use it as well).

awsome. I knew it wasnt illegal and its from a shop in canada, I just didnt know if it was a wise idea to order it to my house that im growing in. It is a very nice bong indeed
