there is so many seeds getting nabbed, they cant do shit because there is so many people, all you do is get a letter, I would put money on it that they don't even keep records ( but you never know)

The seizure notice comes with a case number.Im sure the number is just so people can try and claim their stuff. Which Im sure only the bravest of idiots would do.

I really would not worry about it... The one time, 2 orders came the same day... One was "Green tape" and the other was all there.

Both came to the same "Safe Addy" and never had a question since... Of course I changed "safe Address"

Does signing for a package make you guilty of requesting or knowing about it? Lots of people send things to each other without notice, and lots of people order so much stuff they can't possibly know what everything is before opening it.

I've had packages sent to me by a method I had to sign for because the sellers said it would reduce the risk of confiscation. Should I not do this?

I don't think Customs always sends a letter when they confiscate, because I've read about too many not arriving with no letter ever showing up either (happened to me once), a much higher percentage than is usually lost in the mail.

Then how do you know they got intercepted? I'm just saying that some seed banks/breeders don't send out the beans that they claim to send. This allows them to put the blame on customs and wash their hands of it while pocketing the money.

One time I ordered, all I got was a {mod note: do not post seedbank shipping methods} and I was pissed. I tossed the {edit} amongst some trash. I went to an online forum and picked up on the fact, I might want to take a closer look at that {edit} they sent me. Low and behold, talk about stealth. I won't elaborate any more on shipping methods but if a seed vendor sends you something look through everything.

My biggest fear with attempting to order from a seed bank is if they confiscate (even though it says no further correspondence), that they'll put my name on a list for heat scanning with choppers or drive-bys at some random points in the future. So it's bag seed for now.

And where can I find out more about "green tape"?

Basically it is just the color of tape used by custom's when they open any mail or packages to let you know that they opened it and not some other Non-Govermental thief...

Best thing to do is read the fooking sheet of paper that you are signing and ask in detail that the effect of signing is?

You're entitled to know what you are signing and remember, just because someones at your door with a package under their arm, wanting you to sign, it doesn't mean you have to sign it anything and it doesn't mean the package is even yours!

What's wrong with snatching the package and slamming the door in his/her face then releasing the hounds?
