im not so sure about that either. that means anyone can just buy seeds and have them sent to anyone they dont like, and have them arrested for growing pot. id get a good attorney as stated.

Perhaps they had some sort of evidence to pin the order on Serenity? I REALLY want to know how all of this works out since I'll have no alternative but to ship my seeds to the grow site, maybe even might have to do it in my name.....

I forgot to mention guys IM going to prison Jan 9 Fuck the system... I went in with a bachelors degree in marijuana i came out with a ph.D in murder ...

damn sorry to hear that man, for how long??

this isn't helpful the least bit... for anyone...
but injustices like this make me think very violent, angry thoughts
makes me want to advertise my mj use as loudly and publicly as i can
and makes me want to utterly destroy as many cops as possible.

again, i know it doesn't help...
but does any one else feel like cruel, sadistic, torture-violence and destruction are the only things strong enough to open their eyes to this injustice

I guess im going in til they let me out......... Kinda of a silly question but a rough est. is 18 to 36 mos. just guessing educated guess tho........ Sad thing is i have a good judge but hes still several decades behind....
