As technology improves it gets cheaper for Leo and company to monitor us, our mail. It is very cost effective to scan a package with a machine; as opposed to physically opening them manually.
Down Under they have a machine at customs, an 'organic x ray' that shows anything organic in a package as orange; you can see individual seeds.
Any letter with a dud address or problems with delivery, ends up at the 'dead letter office'; where dogs are run over everything to find drugs.
Any drug matters discovered by Customs or postal services, are turned over to the Federal Police for investigation as a matter of procedure.
We have several tv shows devoted to the control of borders here and in Kiwi land; anybody nervous or suspicious are detained for interwiew and possible search.
Never assume it is too costly for Leo to get you, technology, customs and the postal service are making it more cost effective.

No prior Drug Charges,(ever) Not sent to grow address Sent to Address in KC MO I live 50 miles North, Package was in my name. I wasnt even living at the grow address. It was my previous address. They went to utilities, looked up where i had utilities on in my name, compared that electricity was being used and water,gas wasnt.

so i looked through all the pages and could not find my answer i want, so the question is why did highway patrol come do this? being that my brother in law happens to be not only a long time HP but also an instructor i gave him one of those what if questions, he affirmitivly said in no way would a HP take part in a raid of a house. Also if the story is that they investigated you, wouldnt that be a drug detailed orginization like at your sherrifs office or police dept. or even gov. orginization like the almighty DEA. Dont get me wrong now HP does handle drugs but its all about traffiking I mean it does say it in there name. So dont take it the wrong way guy if true your situatiuon is truly fucked my friend im just trying to understand what ive read.
