I don't think they take your lisence for possession of MJ but they will take it for paraphernalia and possesion of other drugs.

They have suspended mine 3 times over possiession of under 10 grams, first 2 times was as a juvy tho. had the case and all charges dropped a 4th time.

OK, I'm one that has been using lawyers for most of my life. So talking from first hand experience here. As stated before, the lawyer will make the difference for you. Sounds like you talked to one within the first day. Make sure you get one that works on cases just like this, if they can't tell you some previous cases they've tried, and able to tell you the outcome from them that you're looking for, move on to the next one. If this is a car race, you need the porsche or something of that style to race with, don't show up in a yugo or some piece of crap. (sorry to any yugo owners)

And never, never send anything to your house, that includes seeds and grow equipment. Have a friend accept the packages, and if you don't have that good of a friend there, then that's all the more reason to move to a more forgiving state. Denver colorado passed city laws allowing anyone over 21 to posses up to an ounce of pot in this day and age. At least then you have city laws on your side, better than no laws on your side when going against the federal laws.

That many plants is gonna be hard to push off as personal use too. They don't care on the size, or what stage they are in, they are going for one thing, and that's the number of plants, why they even took the dead ones I'd bet. Alot of the medical states aren't even 1/10th that number of plants per patient. My state is 6 plants, 3 of which can be flowering.

You do want to make sure to get your story straight though long before going into court. And get some stuff backing up your story too. Like how much you use everyday, and how many plants it takes to supply that amount. I have documented my use at times to show the posibilities of the amount of weed I can go thru. And doing alot of cooking can really up the amount of weed you go thru, so might want to start thinking of things like that to cover the number of plants, and stay away from any type of distributing charges. Get all the numbers you can for what the average plant weighs in at, and then figure out the numbers to show it all being used up. And you can say you are growing one grow for the whole year instead of constantly growing that amount. Don't really know if that's how you grow or not, just suggestions.

Don't know the story behind your seeds getting confiscated, but I doubt that's why they showed up. I lean towards someone tipped them off, or something else regarding what goes around with people that smoke pot.

Good luck, 5-10,000 dollars on a good lawyer will be money well spent. IMHO Then move to a more pot friendly state. IMHO

yeah, spend as much as you can on a good atty and don't hold back, even if it cost you 20,000 dollars, you would still spend that in 1 year behind bars in lost income. You'll probably do some time, unless the police screw up thier investigation and open up some kind of loophole your atty can exploit. But thats why you need a good atty, they are good at finding shit like that, and getting you the least amount of time possible. And don't believe the myth that if you pay huge amounts of money for an atty they will get you off the hook garunteed becuase thats a load of crap, a high priced atty will give you a better chance of getting off, only becaseu they know the law inside and out and how to manipulate the system, if the blunt don't fit you must acquit.

amazing in this day and age, that we are dealing with such idiocy, even the more lenient states have laws that look like they were written by idiots.

the idiocy in poor serenitys state are so beyond idiocy, as well as being insane, that im astounded the state isnt run by retarded chimps in suits in actual fact, not just their mental state.

of coz actually wanting to live there and grow, is somewhat akin, going playing with scissors in a closed room with 9 completely crazy kids on steroids and amphetamines.

but frankly im not sure there are many places left where idiocy, fearmongers and the insane dont rule the show....

I'm with alleycat. move to a different state before you're going to grow, especially if you're going to grow that much.

washington state is a good state. dont'know if it's the best, but it was easy enough on me.

I got busted for what they claimed in the newspapers to be 39 grams. I had an ounze in a baggy and 2 grams in a small glass jar. the pricks just weigh the glass jar with it. I did however have my cannabis medical card.

they still took me, booked me, let me go, and I never heard another thing about it. the story was even in the papers...and I was in the state for another 2 months before I moved back to holland and they never got a hold of me. I even called the court house and asked! (against the advice of many diifferent people) because I just couldn't let it sit like that...I was moving to another country with my wife and kids...I needed to make sure I was clean before I try to go to the airport and they don't let me fly.

I do however think it's good to look like a pretty clean guy but it'd be pointless to not have any THC in your system, then they'd know you were a dealer. (not saying you are, but they would for sure) try to come up with proof that you only had it for personal use. shit...maybe even the documentation that you've got posted on this site could prove that you weren't actually growing as much as they counted, but that you were just afraid to toss the worthless plants for fear of someone finding them in your trash, or seeing you burn them.

if I were you I'd smoke as much as you could stand before you have to take a drug test so when those test results come back those test results would look like you were bloody injecting THC.
