It may be on the books but I can't see the criminal justice system giving anyone that type of sentence. 20 years in jail. Yes I can believe that but not the death penalty. I would think that such a sentence would be taken all the way to Supreme Court as cruel and unusual punishment.

basically I think he meant that "shitty deal" is a bit of an understatement.

which I agree...but I'm not exactly the most expressive or emotional person, so my extreme distaste for cannabis laws don't exactly come over with my choice of words. I do however appriciate the emphasis on how horrible it is...but it sure reminded me of that horrible horrible movie "the hills have eyes"

hmm, well i wrote that very late in the night and was angry about this (probably too little smoke if anything, im smoking leaves these days)

but it kinda reminded me of deliverance actually more, that statement of mine, least now,though i didnt think of it then,but i was trying to deliver just what would be just as horrible as what they are doing over there.

with some thought frankly i´d pick the hillbillies, you hear real awful stories about american prisons(no offense to hillbillies,anyways, that deliverance scene just stuck a bit :Lol
