Went to court last friday and waived the preliminary hearing. The Judge transfed my case to the same judge where my probation violation occurred.. Looks like Im going to get at least another month of freedom.Smitheys post really has me wondering why the state dogs are the ones who had the investigation. Our Govt is so corrupt anymore I dont know what to think or believe in. Right now Im hoping this Govt Bailout doesnt work and the feds lose their lifeline(Corporate Funds) LOL I maxed out my credit cards and havent paid on them in 2 mos. Just my little contribution to the fall of the American Empire... F em

Some one very close to Me has been busted twice. First time he had over a few pounds he got a month for that, now just recently(back in April) He got raided again and they found 174 plants. He got 4 months, its a hard thing to deal with but i hope you can pull through, I didn't read all through this thread but this is just something to think about, maybe you will get a break like this person did.

maybe i will but i doubt it. by the time your friend served im guessing your in a mj friendly state.Cali,Oregon,Washington,Colorado.. Im in missouri and nobody gets 4 mos for 175 plants.. Pray for the best,expect the worst.. thats my motto.

I do, though, hope everything works out alright for you. I understand what it's like growing in a state that could land you more time than a sick or violent criminal.

And I'll have to agree with Moe's previous post, you weren't doing anything wrong, none of us are.

Thats what it says for my state. But he olny got 4 months. To bad his lawer was a P.O.S He had 75 cuttings he took the day before the raid. That right there brings the 174 plants down to 99 and puts it at a misdemeanor. Can not be considered a plant if it doesnt have any roots. But thats not what helped him, he still got charged with a felony cultivation charge.

even the cops here told me it had to have a root.. to be a plant but hell they counted dead plants too.. who knows they could have charged me with a class a but didnt you win some you lose some.. they do what they want in the end..

I Have Court on Monday Guys... Im not going to jail tho.. My lawyer says if i go it will be after the new year. Man this sucks so bad I still have dreams of my plants Me and my girl are fighting because i feel no remorse for what i have done.. It doesnt help she is a social worker. haha Any ways i will update after court on monday.. Keep it growing and be safe... Later
