Well Guys Im Screwed.. Highway Patrol took my plants yesterday...they counted 75 plants(hell they even counted dead ones) Im in missouri so they are going to hang me  They acted like I Had to be selling but i wasnt hell i only had 5 of those plants in flower and most were just little clones barely alive... I truly believe that my seeds that were confiscated in December were a major contribution to my demise. SO DONT LET ANYONE EVER TELL YOU THAT ITS NOT A BIG DEAL cuz it is Who knows what kind of time im going to get, im thinking the worst.. Im gonna miss all you guys Tripps,Bluecheese,Outdoors and all the countless others who are risking their lives for this Magnificent Plant.(well i guess not everyone is risking as much as i was some states are more forgiving than others)Last edited by SERENITY1 : 08-01-2008 at 08:40 AM. | ||

 | IDK if I'd risk my life for it, but I read something absolutely incredible on the Norml site just yesterday, can't remember if it was the NY or Fed laws, as I read both, but I remember the numbers pretty well. Re sale or transfer involving more than 60,000 kilos or $20,000,000, DEATH PENALTY may be applied. Incredible! That is straight off the Norml site.

Missouri - NORML I'm curious tho, why highway patrol?? wouldnt that be a job better suited for DEA or even the local Sheriffs Dept.? Death Penalty for pot!!!?? wow that is insaine! I mean yea 20mill worth of buds would be ALOT even if it was sum super potent space age stuff. But still nobody should ever be put to death over a plant that does no harm to anybody. But yet murders get off with only 5-10 due to plea bargans, insanity pleas, or even just a good lawyer sometimes. Wow, just WOW

| wow tripps i didnt really mean risking our live i meant risking our lives as we know them..that just lets you know how screwed our govt is on marijuana... Dammit man its only a plant .... Im prolly looking at 10 to life according to norm....OUCH.. what i cant figure out is why they didnt even arrest me | ||

| yeah you know what, if you dont have good legal options maybe you should consider canada or mexico?

Unfortunately very few people in this world can ever just pick up and leave everything behind.... and leaving doesn't make it go away. They just move it from state jurisdiction to a federal case and then the statute of limitations F's you big time.. they just wait 5-50 years for you to show your face and arrest and prosecute as it was day 1.... and fleeing is another whole charge to add and say you only make it 1 state away was it worth it... They did not arrest you most likely because they were not sure if it was going to fall under dist. or prod. And hope they go by weight and not plant count. I know here in Pa. they will not count seeds or plants under 6" unless it was bagged for sale... you get off better that way because they are going to kill they while in evidence and they will weigh nothing.. Get a doctor to back up any kind of far reaching medical condition with a letter or sworn statement.. hurt your back 5 years ago.. fell of your bike anything.... show you were a good guy all these years with no crim. history..... state you did not want to go to the street to feel better and wanted natural products for your self.... have them not in the seizure inventory list that they took no baggies, scales or any packaging products or notes concerning sales, they have to note any amount of cash they grabbed... log your bank account showing no increase in income.... same job??? No giant new house... Not having 3 brand new cars...... you have to paint yourself as the most average humble run of the muck Joe you can.. Basically you are nothing special just a guy trying to help himself and not help any local criminal as they would call them. And if you are from a smaller town or more rural area play up anyone you know that likes you with local contacts before it goes beyond the state..... having a cousin that has a friend who's dad or uncle who is someone more than regular Joe can help...... try to keep it a local community thing because unless there is a Sherrif running for office or a big wild hair up someones ass down there who wants to "clean it up" you can make out better.. Oh and most importantly if they did have a warrant scrutinize they hell out of it.. my friend got off from production with 200 clones and 3 lbs. of dried product... they had the house color wrong, the grow room location (since he broke his home up into a rooming house.. no renters of course but, always had a d in the paper and each room has a individual lock on it) kind of makes each room a separate address Apt. a - b -c etc. and warrant was labeled as a knock warrant(which means they have to announce when entering if you are home or not) he was and they didn't. And if it was from the seeds being seized customs, the US postmaster and another federal agency would have been represented on the warrant or at the seizure..... Never hurts to look further than your own circle in times like these..... Have a friend that dropped of the face of the earth recently or one that has suddenly started to want to hang out alot more in the past month? Thats the worst case but, have to eliminate all possibilities.. because if it was you then use that as a part of your defense they they were scrambling at anything to paint themselves in a good light. . I unfortunately have seen this twice with two different friends and had a damn close call myself a while back if anyone remembers "Operation Green Merchant" when the DEA seized grow shop records involving walk in purchases and mail order.... Sweated my balls off with a county sherriffs deputy and localized DEA agent in my living room for 3 hours..... everything was still in the boxes and happened to have packs upon packs of veggie seeds in the house... They had no warrant... they were there on suspicion based on mail order records and asked to be let in.. Knowing if I refused they would sit in my driveway until a runner came back with a signed warrant... Sorry so long winded guys.. just wanted to relay all the hopefully helpful info. I could... And man my best wishes and prayers are with you... Best of luck to you and let us know how all goes... And might want to wipe the home comp. like pile it in the corner for a bit.. use a friends for a while and grab the hard drive out because if they come back and they may grab up all the history from this site and other that will not help you. because if they come back for the arrest they might have a new warrant.

| I cant leave my family and run for the rest of my life... I knew what i was facing now its time to get it over with and focus on when i can see my family again .......So i was looking over at all the shit they took and low and behold 2 jars of nugs are just sitting outside... These guys werent very professional at gathering evidence which really worries me because im guessing they had more than enough to put me away for a long time... they put my jars in the box the jars come in then iguess they didnt check every one to see if they emptied them.. oh well Sad thing is im not even going to smoke it prolly just burn it with the rest of the plant materials left behind.........Dont you think if they wanted to get on my computer they already would have....My lawyer says they will be charging me next week sometime.....You guys think it will help if im clean or does it really matter anymore... peace Serenity1 | ||

| i was busted in (awhile ago)and did 5 years its not that bad actually it sucked big time but i was growing 200 plants and the feds picked up the case ....if the feds do pick up your case the most you'll get is 21 months maybe...mandatory minimums dint kick in until 100 plants now if the state picks up your case then i would definitely do some research and see what your states laws are
