Its already sounding good i think thats a wonderful idea as i was gonna do the same but opted for my friend to recieve them. you gotta think positve dont think any thing is gonna happen just think that as soon as you press that check out button they are as good as there. believe me you make your reality. it will be ok

Not tryin to scare anyone but i had the same questions. I posted a thread in HG420.com about customs and my beans and there was a person in there that had been caught and gave me a little insight. you should check it out and read his story and others. but i think as long as you got no equipment paraphanilia or anything drug related and the package in another name you should be ok, they cant prove nothin with out any evidence.

Yup, I ordered my seeds before I started, got away with it twice, not sure I'd do it again while growing, though, FWIW. I too live in an area, rural, where there is no local LEO, and there is no one in LEO that knows my face. My high school buddies that went into LEO are long retired. Cities, and younger people are an entirely different story. When I was 18, 19 years old, living in the city, the cops knew us by our first names, we had weekly contact, at least.

Manufacturing is same classification as Distrubution and Delivery. All i did was grow for myself and the only mistake i did was not take heed to my seeds getting confiscated. So I let everyone tell me its no big deal and ill let those words ring in my head while sitting in jail. IT IS A HUGE DEAL

No sweat man. You words mean a lot to me. I posted a pretty general question with some pretty specific info. I expect to get all kinds of posts with varying insight. What's more, is that you are in the middle of your legal stuff and have every reason to be stressed out and even a little negative. I totally sympathize with you, man. On top of that, he who is not reasonably scared when he is about to grow is missing something upstairs. It's like any other kind of safety or personal preservation. If your standing on the edge of a 10 story roof and you don't get that qweezy feeling in your stomach... Something's wrong. The same goes with this kind of stuff. Dude, I wish you the best with what you have on your plate and hope the whole things gets tossed out because of some obscure technicality, unlikely as it may be. Good luck, dude.

I have good news though. My buddy who lives 250 miles away has genetics. We wanted to keep the conversation to like 30 seconds on that topic so I'm not sure what exactly he has but if it's the same varieties I've been buying from him for the last decade or better, I'm in good shape and will probably never have to order genetics online.... No Leaks!!! None!!

I am now about as emboldened as I can get. I've turned this whole thing over in my head so many times it scarred my brain. I will begin building my false wall tonight and have that done in a day or so.

After that I go to the grow shop. I stopped there yesterday to look around and I was the only customer there. The guy behind the counter looked like a hippie who hated my guts. He loosened up a little when I said something about being able to have fresh strawberries in the dead of winter. Whats it gonna look like the next time I waltz in there and shell out $500 in cash to buy my stuff. And then do it again a week later. What should I say if they ask why I'm not paying with a credit card? I don't look like a guy who carries cash, in fact a few people even say I look like a cop.

Its none of theyre business. if anything he should love you for spendin all that money. most of the people there are there for the same thing youre there for . first time i went i kinda felt the same way but then after that i could kind of tell THEY KNEW WHY I WAS THERE, but its ok as long as you say nothing. the guy at my hydro shop has sleeves a way longer goat tee than me and looked like a stoner all the way. Dont even sweat it being there man its all good Mazrim.Id suggest you first get your genetics n then begin the whole building and buying supplies process, as soon as you get them beans its only a time game and thats that. stick with your original plan and everything will be ok. you gotta have faith man. whether you get your genetics from your buddy or the net id still do absolutley nothing until you get them then its a green light. Thanks for the kind words. I am little negative and I do have alot on my plate. All I can tell you is too not drive your own car to the grow shop. Just a little more added security.. whats cash matter when they can look up you license plate just my 4 cents lol

everything at the grow shop is legal to buy, in fact you can get a lot of the same items from a non hydro/grow shop. spending a few hundred dollars at a grow shop is no big deal.
