Why all the trouble to ask something that all of us know the answer.

Also, if is legal to ask, as you saying, why use a pay phone or random phone or whatever, if it's legal, why don't you use your home telephone.
Or even better, visit a police station and ask personally.

Seeds are a novelty item for most country's and yes you're allowed to have novelty items, but all of us know, seeds are not meant to sit in a little box, meant to be cultivated.
No one will throw $20 on a good seed just to have something to show his friends.
The cops know that too.

That's why is dumb to call a police station to ask if it's legal or not.
Of course it's not, that's one of the laws that has a "door & two windows".

Even in "legal" country's there it's always a limit to what you can have or buy.

Look at it that way, if it's "legal" to have seeds, why the customs seizes them?

Customs will seize any type of seed, cannabis or not, because it is prohibited to import biological material (at least without declaring it, going through quarantine, etc)

That's not completely correct.
I have bought cherry tomato seeds and herbs, many times from Cali through on line stores, my seeds have never been stopped by customs.
Although my packages have been opened, and I'll guess by customs so they can see what really it's inside.

I just think its 2 risky 2 order seeds online. i rather find a trusted local grower and buy cuttings off them and start your own mothers. Sure i know there are a ton of ppl who buy seeds all the time online and get them shipped 2 countries where seeds are illegal. But i just figure, "y take a chance?' If anything, let somebody else buy the seeds and then buy a few from them or buy a few cuttings. Also if you do order them, i'm hopiong nobody is dumb enough 2 get them ordered 2 the house they will be growing in! Thats a big no no. Also never get them ordered to a real name. Always pick an assumed name and never ship 2 ur adress. Pay off a friend or a friend of a friend to order seeds for a friend of your friend! Get it? Stata Buon....

Your too paranoid, people like you get busted all the time. As more and more states allow medical marijuana users to grow weed and beening allow to sell back to the clinics, how are they going to know who legit or not just seems like you beening way too cautious and yes I always have it shipped to my home address.
