hey i seem to have gotten here a little too late but i am from Maryland and know the laws and lawyers pretty well .id have muck time now but keep me posted and maybe i can can refer you a good lawyer.....when i was in Baltimore city i was supositly found with 1 gun alot of drugs and 2 scales? that was dismissed for 10 thousand? Was it in the city or county which one? | ||

No good news yet, the judge denied the request for a trial on the preliminary hearing date. It would have helped to have done it that day. This was most likely going to happen anyway, and we got a mean retired substitute judge  Its going to be moved to circuit court in a couple months or so. Meanwhile she has to go to court in a couple weeks for a mj misdemeanor charge. The lawyers are going to try and delay the misd trial untill after she goes to court for the felony case. If not they obtained police dispatch videos on the night she was pulled over. Theresa good chance they can dismiss all that since it took them 20 mins to get a dog and they had no real reason to search. and the a-hole cop pulled her over for a light that legally doesnt need to be fixed(right tag light). | ||

This might change if you'r in the high courts for really bad charges but the normal courts are all like that. The judges don't even really care about facts, most are too lazy and when ruling they forgot 80% of the case and just choose the options that is more likely to end the work. | |||
