I had a friend in Tennessee(a hard state on mj) get raided. Well, they didn't mean to raid him, they were trying to get the people who lived in his house before him. They found his growroom, took all the plants and the prosecuter would not take the case. It was illegal search and seizier. Had he signed some BS warrent, he would be in jail now... like your gf. I am truely sorry that this happened. no one should goto jail for weed, but she didn't have to either. It was a giant mistake on her part and will prove to be very costly. But like i said, i am truely sry that happened and i hope all goes well.

It does not follow. You are making a leap in logic, hmm, like saying if someone offers you a beer, and you say no thank you, that you must be a non drinker. Not near enough information there to make that conclusion.

I dont think anyone is helping by placing the blame on his GF. Regardless of who is to blame, we should offer support. You would be surprised what the simplest acts can do. The way i see it this is just another fight for the cause.

It is unfortunate that this has happened and the charges are total BS. But keep your chin up and though it may require some sacrifice get yourself GF whatever help you can.

If worse comes to worse, pay the bail and take a trip up north. there not gonna catch you up in Canada.
