 | Mornin boys. Woke up and had to check this thread. It sucks she signed the warrant because most likely she could have got rid of it all by the time they came back. By either garbage disposal or toilet. But hey, nothing you can do about it now but focus on current issues. Bottom line: bail her out, smoke a fattie, get an attorney, prepare for the bullshit. It will all be said and done before you know it and things will be back to normal. In my opinion, get the best attorney you can. Price shouldnt be the issue. Because the more you spend on an attorney (most likely) the less you'll get punished and fined. Most attorneys have incredible connections where them going to lunch with the judge can result in getting half your charges dropped. Once again, good luck brother. | naa but im sure there is some way around that. As said above there is places that post your bail and you pay a percentage. im sure if your willing to run from the charges then running from the debt isn't much worse. Although im pretty dam sure MasterCard could hunt you down a hell of allot faster then the government.

| naa they cant extradite you for any debt related issue. At least not to my knowledge as its not a crime. Otherwise you couldn't file bankruptcy. Though they could probably extradite you for trafficking charges, but it would depend on the country and the crime. When it comes to owing ppl money i would be more concerned with personal safety. No one likes getting stiffed when it comes to cash.

| I can't see fleeing the country for a 1/2 lb. Geez, thats something she will be running from her whole life. I am guessing she probably enjoys seeing her family and friends. Its a shit situtation, but its not like its murder. I don't know what state they are from, so i don't really know the peneltys, but they can't be worth a lifetime of running over some jail time. Probably less than a year. Get a good lawyer and fight it. I got caught with over 3 ounces of weed, 1/2 of opium, 1/4 of hash and a bowl and got it thrown out cuz of a good lawyer. Its not like she is Dr. Mengele needing to flee germany, nor Pablo Escobar. Like i said, this is a horrible situation, but leaving the country is just gonna make it worse in my opinion. I am sure people will disagree with me, but thats my 2 cents. I had a friend get caught with 2 ounces of cocaine and got probation... 3 consecutive lifetime probations, but it was still probation. No jailtime, just rehab....and he was a dealer Edit: i just noticed green is from Maryland. if you can convince them that 7oz is for personal use, it is a misdeminor. Not sure if that is possible in court, but thats what the Norml website says. GET A GOOD LAWYER

| what about Dr. Kevorkian?lol To be a doctor all you have to do is finish your schooling, no matter if you are a felon or not, to be a medical doctor is a different story. But i really have no clue if you can or can not be a medical doc with a felony
