She just called me from jail a few mins ago, some guys tried to break into her house with a gun, they tried to get into her room. she flipped out and called the police. the two robbers got away free. when the police came to the house she was in her room frightened. The police didnt even care about the break in once they saw the pot flakes on her coffee table. so they searched the whole house and found 7 oz all in a big bag, and 1 oz in a seperate bag, then 2 or 3 empty mason jars with residue all over them. and a litttle jar fill with less than 7grams, and a scale. The ploice kept insisting that she is selling. but she told them she just smokes alot. They asked her how long it would take her to smoke that whole bag of 7oz she said about 1 month. And the worse part about this is that she just got arrested 1 month ago with a few grams on her. We were going to take care of that tommorow with a lawyer i wasnt worried to much about that... But this is 1000 times worse....I need help, i am actually thinking about rehab and completely giving this stuff up its ruining our lives... This is all my fault, all that stuff was mostly mine. what should i do, i feel like a chicken with his head cut off. please anyone with legal advice please help, we live in maryland should i go down there and say it was all mine?!?!?!? They are going to try and charge her for selling..... She is studying in school to be a doctor she cant have this shit on her record. | ||

But this is 1000 times worse...... I seriously need strong legal advice, i am mainly responsible for this as it was mostly mine. Maybe i should go down there and take the blame. I am really freaking out, she is studying in school very hard to be a doctor for 3 years now. i dont know what to do. antyone with any help please respong ASAP I live here in Maryland. P.S. i also posted this in the security forum i jsut really need help sorry moderators. | ||

| Wow man. I'm incredibly sorry to hear that. My advice is...ask your lawyer, not us. As far as legal shit like that goes....you need an inside man. | Slapped on the hand?!?!?!?! This is maryland, Frederick. The cops are unbelievable assholes, she jsut called me from her cell reading to me the charges : posss of controlled substance marihuana poss of quantity with indication of intent to distribute blue pipe with residue suggested for taking thc in body scale with residue used for weiging. the court commisioner hasnt spoken to her yet explainging the charges and penaltys.. Man i dont even want to smoke right now, but at the same time i do. But how can i when she is in that dirty cell all alone. | ||
