![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I do not have to worry about my personal use of lights, fans or electrical cords.; my plants stole them all. They live in modern luxury while i live in the stone age lol My meter is on my closed in porch, so man comes into house. I only run flouros in the veg during his work hours, so he cannot see the meter spinning. 'Day' for the plants is when i am home and some power usage could be expected. My bill goes thru the landlord who i am telling it's the new air conditioner, if he asks. I have 'cloudy' days for my plants where i turn off the big light, so they can take it easy when i have done something like repot them or am performing maintenance. This means the times for light are constant, but power usage is not. live cheap, grow well. best wishes nigel | ||

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | thats how you gotta roll. I made my roommate change out every bulb to CFls on his roomlight because its on the same circuit as my grow room. By doing that I freed up an extra 5-6 amps between the two rooms and allowed me to run 1k worth to my grow room.

![]() | ahh the pre-grow sketch out lol. the 1000w hps will be about 20-30 dollars extra per bill at 18 hours of use a day. once you are flowering, that goes down even more. you won't get spiked so no worries. just don't buy a lot of them. you are in a good position too. because winter is just rolling around (depending where you live) your bill will increase because your heaters are going on an such. So its a primo time to raise your bill without being noticed.
