The biggest thing here, is shut your mouth if you don't know the system and how they work, the only thing you say is, "Can I see my lawyer?" and nothing else.

They will most likely try to get you to talk, try to say they will take it easy on you and all kinds of stuff, shut your ears and repeat again, "Can I see my lawyer now??"


And the money spent on a lawyer, well that one is money saved in the long run, and usually time severed saved too. IMO

The growing in an apartment, well if that's where you live, and you grow, then that's where you grow.

They can't take your house if busted growing in a state where confiscation is one of their things, if you are in an apartment, but don't have the control over who always has access to your home either.

Cons and Pros for growing just about anywhere. Weigh them out and see what works best for your situation.

I started growing in an apartment, 2002 on here, and now am lucky enough to grow in a place I own. Got my apartment door kicked in too by the leo once too. Made me throw up 3 plants for the number I was over, I grow on a license.

This state wasnt at the time but that has changed

Curious though I do not have a license and was wondering what steps you have to go through to get one? And what type of license do you have a "caretaker" or a "patient"? Just because I most likely wouldnt qualify as a patient; I just enjoy the smoke dont require it
