I assume I don't have to worry about odor while in the veg state but was curious how soon in to flower I will have issues?

My first grow was outside so it was not too much of an issue. About the last month we really noticed the smell. My second grow is indoors and will be more of an issue.

dunno bout you but my blue cheese and cosmic nights smelled after about 3 weeks into veg not as bad as flower, but still very distinct.

My bag seed smells through out the house(small one trailer) when i dont have my carbon filter on and im still in veg, they have smelled since probably 4 weeks of veg, im at about 2.5

It's best to figure it's stink'in.. You may not smell it but the astute visitor might have a better snoot that you...

my PK has been stinking since its 3rd week in veg. my girls @ 17d flower smell like rotting oranges and skunk when i open the door. worse when i brush against them. some of them dont smell at all tho. strain dependent.

almost every plant i grew got smelly after just 2-3 weeks. nothing like in flower, but it can stink a house up easily.

Yup, a couple or 3 weeks into veg and any plants I've grown are starting to stink. No where near what they do in flower but still plenty to be noticeable.

No need to worry cause you'll have one of these.

Or a ozone generator if your venting it outside. Ozone generators do work if the velocity of the air is low enough for proper mixing. Though you got to check the bulbs here and there cause they can burn out. Also watch you dont have leaks of o3 into your house cause it truly does irritate the eyes and lungs.

I've noticed that my plants smeel at lights on and lights off. I also had a short period of heavy odor when a plant became stressed because a light was on top of it. No damage done and the plant ended to be a female the next day.

Now I have had plants that my sister said she could smell from the back door and they always had the smell.

you might want to look into low odor strains - i figure you don't want a trailer full of whirring motors.

some plants are very pungent in veg - i've had small indicas stink up a 2 br house a month in veg. i have a sativa in flowering that doesn't smell unless you move it. it depends on the strain, phenotype, eg. i hear some NLs are very low odor.
