So whats the real purpose of these stamps if its illegal to sell or cultivate. This law doesn't make sense you can't sell it or cultivate it, but those greedy politicians want money for it. So as long as they are not involved in the transaction they are willing to line their pockets full of money. Also what benefits could I get out of it if I decided to go ahead and get one of these stamps.

the marihuana stamp act of 1937 effectively made it illegal to grow/possess cannabis unless u bought a tax stamp.
the rub: they wouldnt give u a stamp unless u already were growing/possessed cannabis, but then your breaking the law.
it was found unconstitutional in '69.

Im still waiting for the post office to get their 2009 "In Weed We Trust" stamps in, im running low on postage. When will they hit the shelves?
