Why, running down the animal on foot and killing it with your bare hands, of course! I myself am so bad - ass, I hunt Grizzly Bears with a switch and a piece of string. First I use the string to lead them to a tree, then I switch their behind real good and tell em to wait there till I get back. I then , at my leisure, smother them with my giant Vagina. I'm always interested in another " guns are evil" theory, though. IslandBudz420, (if nobody minds us hijacking the thread for a moment) please tell me what makes guns evil? does that extend to hammers? are hammers more evil cause they kill slowly and messier than guns? And why am I 1) a pussy in the first place, and 2) an even bigger pussy for owning guns? (which I don't as I'm a very bad person and unca sammy told me I couldn't ever own them again. )Also, reviewing the local crime statistics, you are 300% more likely to be robbed around my neighborhood than U.S. average. Most of these robberies committed with knives, screwdrivers, or other non-gun objects. Are the knives evil? or do they only become evil when used to threaten people? Would I still be a pussy if I told you I was once the victim of an attempted mugging at knife point, and I successfully disarmed the asshole bare-handed and kept my money? What if he pulled a knife, and I pulled a gun? would that make me a big ol' pussy or just a non-victim?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I have guns, lots of guns, hand and long, and lots of ammo ... enough to defend myself and family (and even a few neighbors ) in a small war. And that's what they're for in the simplest of terms, self defense.I could hunt, but choose not to. There is plenty of "game" around these parts, but there are also plenty of "sportsman" as well, which many I'm friends with. They, to some degree keep the deer population in check, and without the sportsman, these very same deer would be consuming all the precious ornamental shrubbery on the McMansion's landscape scattered throughout the state. What a shame ![]() Been an animal lover pretty much my entire life ... all creatures great and small ... except one, the unpredictable human. That particular animal has the capability of reason, an extremely dangerous trait. Therefore, man is the only creature that I wouldn't hesitate one second to fire upon, in the event a defensive move was required. The difference between life and death in the blink of an eye. Recently took a trip to Alaska, and fortunately, that state is one that honors all other states concealed permits to carry a handgun. Knew we would be doing some hiking and fishing in isolated areas, so my Sig 1911 45 (with +P ammo) came along with us. Not that I would find joy in shooting a bear or moose in close combat, it was a definite possibility it could happen .... fortunately it didn't. So, the bottom line is this with firearms ... fire them often, become proficient with them, teach safety at all times, and enjoy our right to bear arms. and then ..... when you get together with a few friends and have a few beers, and spark one up .... blow up shit! Propane tanks are my favorite, fire extinguishers are fun too! ![]() Machine guns can also be utilized as a chain saw when needed too ... took down a 10" black birch a couple months ago!!be safe out there my stoner friends ![]() ![]() jv

Hey, that kimber gun is something I haven't seen! How are their smaller 9's for carrying concealed? I can't a gun too small or the slide takes skin with it. LOL Soon, I need to start hunting far an ambidextrous pistol again. Anyone have one with safety and slide release on both sides?? I love my 1938 East German Makarov 9x18 with no adjustable anything. It was great to carry and accurate on targets...After flipping it back and forth between hands to get it ready. My last loads in here were superpowered in a blank box. Fire shot out the barrel. LOL! BTW, No, I don't shoot animals, OK a starling or two when I was a kid, but carrying is for safety and out shooting DH and dad on the targets is a rush. ;-) I think it would be easier to use it on a bad guy than a cure furry squirrel. Wild boar, now those I'd pop off for dinner. Mean little buggers! | ||
