How many in one spot?

How many plants do you put in one spot outside, I'm thinking of having 3-4 sites with in few hundred feet from each other, with 5-6 plants at each site. In no uniform fashion.

My dad has close nosey neighbors too, he gows under white plastic 55 gallon drums. Just drill holes in it or elevate it with pieces of 2x4. He keeps them in direct sunlight, and enough light gets thru the barrel. His yield may suffer a little but he get 3-4 zips per plant, and the branches grow up the inside the barrel and help for support since they get no wind.

Good fences make good neighbors. Unfortunately, I don't have a fence around my entire yard.....

My dad has a huge yard, and the closest neighbor is my aunt. They let me put whatever I want out there.

Your idea should be fine. I have choppers to worry about every september, so I plant them along the treeline, and they never get found.

Treelines/hedgrows are great, I plant single plants, random/staggered 10-20' apart, in a raspberry hedgerow. Neighbor said helicopters flew directly over at least twice last year, never saw them.
