What I don't understand is, from what I've seen, maybe 75% or more of the weed we get comes from Mexico (here in the south at least). That's an assload of money thats NOT staying in our country. Does the government not realize this? Probly in the billions of dollars a month going to them, making many happy and rich marijuana farming mexicans.

And a LOT of people I know were like "hell yeah a stimulus check, im gettin a couple OZ's." And guess from who. The dopeman who deals with the mexicans.

And you can't blame the dopeman, a guy i used to know was gettin some top notch brick stuff for $300 a lb.

So in my opinion, if the MJ was grown and sold in the U.S. taxed and regulated, that would be a big help for our economy. At least I know I would either be growing my own or that my money would be recirculated in my home country.

Also, many more jobs would be created, and the DEA could spend there time finding the heroin and crack houses that are REALLY doing some damage in the community...

I totally don't get the expression's of English language! Really! to much room for interpretation:

When you say "laughing my fucking ass off" i can interpret like: you are laughing your fucking ass of while you keep your sheeting ass for later uses! personally i would stop using that acronym! Prolly because i am not native English i formed a habit in analyzing every new expression in order to understand it better, and much of the time some really funny stuff comes out!

For every $5 spent $4 goes to another country. So when you ask 'does the govt not realize this' I say absolutely. Not only that, they have made it public policy. It's the beauty of capitalism. We DESERVE the cheapest shit, so we import it from China, Taiwan, Mexico...

This is the basis of the recession IMO. They need to figure this trade deficit shit out before anything gets truly fixed.
