![]() | Google Rolls Out Home Energy Software - Green Inc. Blog - NYTimes.com This software sounds great for reducing your energy bill and more fully understanding our comsumption patterns, it has profound implications for us with 1kwh 12/12 flip flops, which would probably be pretty obvious. Anyone remember Bush trying to get ahold of all the data google has? I can't imagine them even knowing when I have my lights on. Creepy. meo

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | once its data, indexed on a computer...searching it is cake. they could easily write a function to search out specifically flowering cycle usage patterns. now thats some scary stuff. the more and more computer immersed we become the easier there job gets. to think they cant or wont is only fooling yourself. it is merely a matter of time and commitment. if they really want us gone, they have the power and the tools to make it happen. im not worried either...im just saying. just because you're paranoid, doesnt mean there not out to get you.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | im not freaking out about data mining, yet. i keep hearing stuff like this, every so often, and it hasnt panned out like people said they would. they have been saying stuff like this might happen for years now. there is almost always a "workaround". just need to get creative.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | well the beauty of the computer age is the language barrier. most people dont speak geek. most end users of said data miners, LEO, dea whatever just believe whatever the computer tells them. its easy enough to manipulate data being sent to and fro if you are smart/geek enough ![]() the reliance on technology makes them both stronger and weaker....i dont think the balance of power will ever truly be upset. because they will always need us to build there weapons.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | So a flip flop lighting system that keeps the ballast on 24/7 between 2 separate grow areas would not show spikes, just more usage. I would imagine that would be much harder to trace.
