Hey Guys, Just curious, in your opinion, what are the percentages of growers on these boards that grow legal versus non. I know many in some states have medical licenses, and I would imagine many others in said states and others that do not support medical MJ still grow. So, are we talking 50/50, 90/10, 100/0  , what woud you estimate is the legal to non ratio.Many Thanks! | ||

 | Well it's all kinds of growers here, but if you ask me very few have a license. Thats because the majority of the USA and the word still criminally persecutes MJ even the medical prospect of it, and even if you have a license in USA your not completely legal coz your still breaking federal laws. Hope that changes in the upcoming years....  - Gr0

| The reason I ask the question is b/c over the past few weeks I have posted pics and talked a bunch about grows. I then began to think that this information could be misused/abused by certain organizations. Yes, I know the simple answer to any concerns would be to avoid what concerns you in the first place... That said, I started to wonder what % of people who frequent MJ grow forums (this and others) actually do so "legally." Please excuse my ignorance if this in not an appropriate question for this forum... | ||

| just because some arent legal doesnt mean we do it for money. i havent sold 1 spec of weed. but im certainly not legal. my state laughs at the thought of that. | ||

| I like to think of myself as a medical provider, in a non-medical state. I refuse to elaborate that statement on the grounds that it may tender incinerate me. But I'm waiting for the day when Buckeyes go rational and join the medical bandwagon, so I can... well who couldn't end that sentence with a couple dozen sighs of relief? I think it's an interesting question. Wonder if there's any way of setting up an anonymous poll?  Pops

| That is a nice looking certificate they got there in Colorado. Thinking about this thread. I think a personal grower posting photos of their grow that isn't used for resale in a non-medical state has little to worry about; the more criminals you associate with the more chances you have to interact with the police. I also don't think that law enforcement really has the time to put together all the clues in the various posts. Truth be told most cannabis arrests are started by some other offense, namely traffic stops. All this being said don't post a pic of you holding a 6 foot tall plant in front of your house clearly showing your street number and face. | ||
