![]() ![]() | I don't know if you guys know this. Figured i would throw it out there, i was talking with a guy who works for UPS. and he told me. If you send using US postal service, and do somehow get caught. It will be a higher federal charge if your arrested! Use FedX, UPS, or DHL, DO NOT USE USPS!! because it is a government run program much more strict and will get a worse charge, and they will throw the book at you. Just figured i would give you all a heads up if you didnt know! BZ

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | it's better to use the good ole government against themselves as any government run thing is shit. we all know how the DMV / RMV is since it's setup by the government... they have so much mail running though them that it's near impossible to catch seeds. also every seedbank I've known uses USPS to ship seeds I've sent my brother seeds many times without fail in the mail. get creative. I did and it works also USPS letter is what 45 cents, whats it cost to ship a box now a days?

![]() ![]() | lol i seen an episode of cops, where the guy was getting pillows of bud sent through ups, and one day the cops decided to take over the op and deliver the package themselves, they needed a signature of course (for positive identification and acknowledgment) then proceeded to take him down. they new what was in the package and left it sealed until after they arrested him and made sure he confessed as to the contents of the package before they opened it. basically i believe the difference is private (ups, fedex, dhl) vs. federal (USPS) ... when it comes down to it the private companies have every right to your package due to various clauses and contracts not holding them liable, etc. compared to the USPS that still needs to follow the laws provided by the government.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Very true. I would much rather have USPS delivering my stuff than UPS or FED-EX. We already know for a fact the private companies "black list" anyone receiving packages from certain companies, like when the DEA ran operation green merchant, all the shipping records of a few different grow shops were just GIVEN to them by UPS and FED-EX, no warrant was even requested. Even though Green Merchant happened back in '89, it is still an ongoing operation according to the DEA. This means they are still monitoring shipping records. Of course WHICH companies they are monitoring they will never tell us to "protect the operation and the public" Yes, there are people on here thet get things shipped to them all the time and post about having no problems, but I think we are going to start seeing more and more busts by shipping records as LEO gets more cunning with search warrants and more desparate for busts.
