I have two felony's already. If something ever happened and I did get busted and got another felony. Would that be the 3rd strike if my first 2 felony's aren't drug charges? Would that be a first time offense? | ||

| Yeah I wouldn't fuck around with that.. either move to a med state and grow legally or don't grow at all. Not worth it when you're gambling with your life.

| It may or may not count as a first time offense, but I can guarantee that the judge is gonna see the other felonies and most likely not go easy on you. If you are worried about it, I wouldn't gamble with your life. Grow outdoors or something.

| Its time to move. If you already have two strikes on you that is already telling you that the enviroment you're currently living in is not suitable to being a productive member of society. Unless you have a child that is keeping you from moving, I would make arrangements for a move in the NEAR immediate future. Do you want to be hidden behind bars for the rest of your life?

That's a pretty big risk. I've had a few close calls, (all ended up being nothing, better safe then sorry) I stopped growing all together for a few months. GL to ya man.

| yeah man depends on the state. They usually have to pursue it, it's not usually automatic, BUT wanna roll the dice? I know a guy, got offered a plea bargain of 3 years on a coke case. He'd be out in 1 1/2 years or less. He went to trial, got 21 YEARS. True. Don't gamble with it. Even if they don't go for 3 strikes you're out, the judge will consider it bad JuJu to be up for your 3rd felony. Plus you can never hope for getting it reduced to a misdemeanor. Run now, man, move to a good state.

| If you've had 2 felonies already then you would already know the answer to your question. And if you don't know then.......................... better not do it. you don't want to be spending 4 months paranoid and scard, maybe scared even.
