I use a PO Box in a neighboring big city. At the time I got the PO Box I had 2 show 2 forms of identification BUT they let me put a second name on the box without ID. I don't think they do this anymore.

Anyhow I get seeds send to the second (fake) name.

I use prepaid gift cards that don't have to be registered, so there's no paper trail.

Ca you tell I live in a non-MMJ state?

Thanks for your input, everyone. I guess it'll come down to whether or not I want to have purchases other than seeds shipped there, and what the price difference will be.

Here's something about po boxes- even ones at "mailboxes etc" are under the same laws as regular po boxes.

BUT no-one really looks to hard i don't think. I've had seeds sent to my house, no biggie, but with a slightly misspelled name, or a mrs. in front of the last name when I'm not married, etc.

If you're uber-worried about it, you could always get a nevada corporation and get a box in that name, then have a mo to send the seed co., with instructions to mail it to xyz corp., Attn: somebody, if you want.

But a reg. po box should be fine.

There is always trips to amsterdam or canada every 6 months.

Its not to hard to bring seeds back at all. But we wont get into that. Id suggest the howard marks smuggleing forum for that one

But I get them sent to a friends relative. They all think they are seeds for outdoor grows. They do not know I grow indoors. And that relative lets me use their name. She has no problem with it. She knows she isnt getting in trouble for seeds. They dont even smoke, so no evidence of pot at the house at all.

After the 2nd time I realized that buying seeds was risky and unnecessary not to mention a pain int he ass. Now I clone. I'd say make the 1 decent sized order, and then ...f'get aboud it.

I recently got a box at a local mailboxes etc. They let me add a company name with no paperwork. Could have been anything. I plan to use this for a seed shipment. Order once, order plenty.............

Seems like most people just get them right to their house. Even with all these P.O. boxes with different secondary addresses/names/company names...isn't that just a waste of time and even more suspicious though? If something did happen and LEO investigated the P.O. box the "company" has listed..they are going to see the company and the original registered box owner...which is you because you needed I.D. to get it. So adding a BS name or company to your own mail box might stop bad juju if customs just passed the name on the package on to LEO, but if they ever checked out the P.O. box which sounds likely you would be just as screwed as if you had used your house address...maybe even more if they want to start talking about "mail fraud" and crap for using false information with a government agency blah blah blah you know them

I've only heard of one confirmed case of someone getting busted for having seeds sent...some of you may have seen the story on here...they never made it to the house though, customs intercepted the package then notified the guys state LEO and they started an investigation from there and he ended up getting busted.

Obviously he must have had some loose ends on the no sell no smell no tell rules because they got enough evidence to bust him after the investigation was conducted...but who wants an investigation started on them in the first place. I'm sure a lot of people here have there security so tight that LEO could watch there asses with thermal imaging satellites for a month and be cool...but who wants that annoyance lol.....Just reminding everyone that getting seeds intercepted HAS led to problems....so keep up the search for innovative ways to get seeds.
