There is nothing illegal about receiving HID lighting.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | but no-one's home... I'd worry more about UPS delivering to the door and someone stealing it. Or would you be picking it up from the office there?

![]() ![]() | My opinion, hate it or love it...If your too paranoid for deliveries/ordering seeds, equipment, going to the hydro store... then your too paranoid to grow. Its just not healthy for you. Really its not.

![]() ![]() | For a personal grower, all you need is that little rhyme. no smell, sell, tell. Follow that you should legally have no problems. Being constantly worried of getting busted, afraid of going to the hydro shop, imo is not healthy. Not saying you should be fearless. If anyone is they need to get off the steroids. But being paranoid is just stress. Stress isnt good. At least thats what willie nelson says. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | only reason I'd worry about getting it sent to my new place is if it was 3K of lights and hoods, and gallons of nutes. But then you could still do it, just better to do it a little at a time. If it's just a few lights, send em to the new place.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Can't find the article again, but I posted it in another thread in Security. Operation Green Thumb/Green Merchant. DEA watches shipments from certain undisclosed hydro shops. Worms Way was one of them that was confirmed. There was an article of a sports news anchor busted for having a light and nutes and such shipped to his house. They did an investigation and got a warrant based on 1. His electric was higher than his surrounding neighbors 2. there was "mold" on the eaves of his house, supposedly from HID lighting according the LEO ...3. He never took his trash out, which, according the LEO was common with pot growers. So pretty much all they had was high electricity, which an HID light being used for any legal purpose could have generated, so they added some other bullshit "evidence", got the warrant, got the bust. The thing is the guy had his security pretty well wrapped up, no smell, no sell, no tell, no weird vents...just higher electric that none can really get around. In this day judges are granting warrants faster and with less hesitation, and LEO are coming up with new sneaky ways to word the warrant applications to get the warrants no matter what. Not trying to instill extra paranoia, but it does happen.

![]() ![]() | Uh oh, I ordered my first worms way shipment over 3 years ago. 1 and a half since I baught an entire indoor setup in one purchase. And plenty of nutrient bottles since. And will continue. Kids just like to walk into worms way stores with pot leaves on their shirts, wondering why they get no help and then post paranoid things about them on the internet. BELIEVE me, if anyone is turning in growers, it is HTG. They operate near the same county as the bitch who put tommy chong in jail for pipe dreams. Im not saying htg does...Just if somebody would, imo it would be them. But imo no company is going to turn in customers. Especially the ones who buy those 5 gallon nutrient containers. ![]()
