I ONCE GOT CAUGHT ABOUT 50FT.FROM A PATCH OF 50 PLANTS.THEY HAD TO LET ME GO CAUSE I TOLD THEM I DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEM,AND IT WASNT MY LAND!POINT1:NEVER ADMIT ANYTHING..PLAY DUMB.POINT2:NEVER SAY ANYTHING WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY..PLAY DUMB.POINT3:NEVER TAKE SUPPLIES WITH YOU TO THE SPOT WITHOUT CHECKING IT OUT FIRST.THEY WERE SETTING CAMERAS UP FOR EVIDECE,THEY WERE QUITE UPSET BUT HEY THATS LIFE!GUESS I SPOILED THEIR PLAN!WEAR A MASK WHEN YOU GO TO YOUR PATCH ALSO AND NO IDENTIFYING CLOTHES IN CASE OF SURVEILLANCE.BE SMART AND BE SAFE!DONT TAKE UNNECESSARY RISKS,NEVER PLANT IT ALL IN ONE PLACE.HAVE A GUN OR A FISHING POLE ALSO...THATS EVIDENCE THAT YOU ARE HUNTING AND FISHING..IF YOU EVEN WIND UP IN COURT.I TOLD THEM WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED ASKING ME THINGS..OK ARE YOU GONNA ARREST ME OR NOT??IF NOT IM LEAVING!I POINTED OUT TO THEM THAT IT WASNT MY LAND AND I WASNT DOING ANYTHING WRONG..AND IF THEY WERE GONNA ARREWST ME GO AHEAD AND IF THEIR NOT IM LEAVING!I WALKED AWAY FROM THEM WITH MY GUN TO FINISH FROG HUNTING.MOST PEOPLE GET CONVICTED BY THEIR OWN MOUTHS..REMEMBER POINTS 1,2,3, !IM TIRED OF SEEING PEOPLE GO TO JAIL BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN MOUTHS OR FAILURE TO USE CAUTION!!SO..IWISH YOU ALL A GOOD HARVEST AND PLEASE,PLEASE ,PLEASE..BE SAFE!!YOUR FREIND..AND FELLOW BROTER OF THE HERB..SMOKEDOC ,PISTILVILLE ,NY

I WOULD ADD (sorry). I would add to this great "To Do" List only: Never consent to let them search anything. That is probably the most common way cops get to search your s**T. If your not carrying a gun, try to calmly assure the officer that you are not armed as this may limit his ability to search your person.
