I have a extra room in my house that I
would like to put 5-600w lights in. I plan to grow hydro G13 and White Widow. I will grow under 24 hours for 10-16 days, and then switch all 5 lights to 12/12 for 8 to 9 weeks of flowering. This is 3000 watts of light in a 3 bedroom, 1 story Florida house on a avg. size lot (under 1/2 acre).

I moved in here 5 days ago, and I am ready to start now so that my first and second power bill will be close.

My question is about weather this will raise
a concern as far as power, heat, and smell ?

Thank You !
Jason

You in Fl it's hot and you like it cool in your home. Atribute a high power bill to your A/C. One advantage to you just moving in is that this is starting the history for power usage in that house. Get it established at the usage level you are going to use while growing and it shoud never seem strange if your power usage goes up or down some. Properly vented and insulated room should be fine. If you think the outside part of the room is heating up too much put another layer of insulation on that wall to keep it cooler. Or a window unit AC woudl keep the temp down. as far as venting under the house owuld be good but most homes in FL have no basement, crawlspace etc... If you do then use it! if Not attic space, last resort should be direcly to the exterior of the house due to the smell

Just some thoughts for ya
